GENERAL LIVE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Registration:
To bid you must register at every auction. To register you will need to show a photo I.D. and submit a refundable cash deposit (varying from $100-$1,000) or have a Bank Letter of Guarantee if you plan to pay by personal or company check. Should you not make a purchase, your deposit is completely refundable at anytime. If you do purchase, the deposit is simply applied to your invoice. Registration is conducted throughout the auction.
Payment:
Everything must be paid for in full by conclusion of auction. We accept cash, cashier checks, travelers checks, money orders, bank wires, ACH auto debit and personal or company checks accompanied with an original bank letter of guarantee.
Terms:
Everything sells "As Is - Where Is" with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. It is the buyers responsibility to thoroughly inspect the merchandise. All purchases become the responsibility of the buyer when sold to the highest bidder. No merchandise shall be removed until the conclusion of the auction and must be accompanied by a paid receipt. All sales are subject to applicable sales tax. Items in catalog are subject to change. All announcements made sale day supersede all printed material. Security for purchases is the responsibility of buyer and begins immediately upon the sale of each lot. Merchandise removal is at the expense, liability and risk of the buyer. Merchandise that is not removed within specified time periods will be sold for storage. Note: these terms will be strictly adhered to.
Merchandise Removal:
Removal times will vary for each auction. Times will be posted on catalogs, at registration and announced before each auction. You will need your paid receipt when picking up merchandise.

Use of the Auction Site marks your full and final acceptance of all Terms and Conditions listed by either Gaston & Sheehan or the US Marshals Service.
All items on this site are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS.” Gaston & Sheehan makes no guarantee as to authenticity, condition, nature, quality, quantity or size of any item and provides NO WARRANTY, expressed or implied as to any item. No oral statements by any employee of Gaston & Sheehan should be taken as any warranty, expressed or implied. Gaston & Sheehan recommends that all Bidders examine items before placing a bid to obtain firsthand knowledge of the items. Failure to view/inspect any property for sale shall not constitute cause of cancellation of sale. It is hereby warned that bidders should not bid on the basis of photography alone. Bidder must rely on their own inspection to verify the qualities of the item. Failure to inspect an item is not grounds for the retraction of a bid, refund, any adjustment of the price, or any action against Gaston & Sheehan. Auctioneers are not responsible for the actions of any consignors/sellers, typographical errors, misprints, error in cataloging, imperfection, defect, damage, failure of equipment, or loss of money. Use this site at your own risk.
By placing a bid through this website, you are entering into a legally binding contract and agree to follow through with the purchase of the item should you win the item. Bidder expressly agrees not to stop payment, dispute or contest this transaction.
Gaston & Sheehan and its consignors reserve the right to remove any and all items from a sale at any time.
Bidder agrees to hold Gaston & Sheehan harmless for the failure to execute a bid for any reason on behalf of any participants.

Bidder Notice:
All prospective bidders should be aware that in order to ensure compliance with the Crime Control Act that they may be subject to a background check. Title 18 USC Section 1963(g) and 21 USC Section 853(h) of the Comprehensive Crime Control Act of 1984, prohibits the United States Government from reverting forfeited property to the defendant(s) convicted of violation under 18 USC Section 1962 nor 21 USC Section 841 et seu., or any person acting in concert with or on behalf of such defendant(s). To ensure compliance with the prohibition, you are required to certify that you are not acting and will not act in concert with or on behalf of the defendant(s) in this case upon the satisfaction of your purchase. Upon receipt of your certification, as set forth below, a records check will be made with the investigative agencies involved in the prosecution of the said case to confirm your submitted certification. In the event your certification cannot be confirmed, the purchase shall be immediately dissolved, and further criminal action taken.

Shipping & Handling:
All domestic shipping will be through the following carriers: UPS, FedEx or USPS. Estimated shipping charges can be calculated by clicking on your preferred carrier. Please note that Gaston & Sheehan will assess a minimal shipping & handling fee for each package shipped.
