TITLE INFO: The garage keeper will provide all title/storage lien paperwork at the conclusion of the auction. Neither Gaston & Sheehan nor the garage keeper is responsible for lost titles or paperwork.

No merchandise shall be removed until the conclusion of the auction, and must be accompanied by a paid receipt. All purchases become the responsibility of the buyer when sold to the highest bidder. There is a $25.00 DOCUMENT FEE on each vehicle purchased and tax on the storage of the vehicles will apply. Items in listing are subject to change. NOTE: These terms will be strictly adhered to.
PAYMENT IS DUE IN FULL WITHIN 30 MINUTES AFTER CONCLUSION OF THE AUCTION by cash, cashier’s checks, traveler’s checks or money orders; personal/company checks must have a bank letter of guarantee. All cash, cashier’s checks, etc. Buyers will be required to make a $100 REFUNDABLE CASH deposit.
