Payment is due in full within 30 minutes after the conclusion of the auction by cash, cashier’s checks, traveler’s checks or money orders. Personal/company checks must have a Bank Letter of Guarantee. No credit cards.

All buyers will be required to make a $100 refundable cash deposit.

The auction catalog is furnished as a courtesy of Gaston & Sheehan Auctioneers and is intended as a buyers’ guide only and in no way implies condition, authenticity or warranty. All sales are recorded and any discrepancies will be settled after conclusion of auction.

Items must be removed from the sale site within 4 business days from auction end date or storage fees will apply.

Directions: Follow TX-130 S to Texas 130 Service Rd. Take exit 441 and turn right onto FM 973 S & go approximately 1.9 miles. Turn right onto Decker Lane Rd & go .7 miles & turn left onto Blue Bluff Rd. After about a 1/4 mile the destination will be on the left.

Preview Times: Sept 5th - Sept 15th from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. 

Removal Dates & Times:  Sale Day (9/18) conclusion until 4:00 p.m. & Tuesday - Friday (9/19 - 9/22) from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
