At that point the bidder will be notified that he/she has been outbid.

No deposit is required to bid at this auction. Winning bidders will receive an emailed invoice shortly after the close of the auction. Pay from that invoice. If you do not receive an invoice within 24 hours, please contact us. FAILURE TO PAY AND REMOVE ITEMS WITHIN THE DATES AND TIMES LISTED WILL RESULT IN ACCOUNT DEACTIVATION AND DENIAL FROM PARTICIPATION IN ANY FUTURE GASTON & SHEEHAN AUCTIONS, LIVE OR ONLINE. Estimated shipping can be calculated by clicking the "Shipping Quote" button on the lot page. In addition to the shipping quote, Gaston & Sheehan will assess a minimal packaging and handling fee. We utilize UPS, FedEx and USPS with Insurance and Adult Signature Confirmation and combined shipping will be utilized when possible. 

Third party shippers may be necessary on glassware, fragile or oversized items. Quotes can be obtained directly from the shippers below past customers have used: 

NOTE: These shippers will come and retrieve items if hired, package and ship. The customer is responsible to make their own arrangements.

Buyers can also provide their own shipping label. There is typically a minor charge for packaging and handling. 

On international shipments, customers will be required to make a refundable deposit for the GST/VAT/PST applicable for each country. Deposits will be returned by company check once proof of payment has been sent to Gaston & Sheehan Auctioneers.
