- Inoperable flight deck instruments need to be diagnosed and repaired.
- Aircraft needs tires replaced. (Tires have hot spots on the mains due to over speed landings or premature braking. Spots of treads showing.)
- Airframe logs appear complete; last inspection performed on December 2017.
- Engine logs appear complete; last inspection performed on December 2017.
- Main hydraulic system has a pressure leak; no obvious fluid leaking is evident, but pressure is falling off. Needs to be inspected.
